Usage

• Administrators may use {{subst:blpse3|1=Article}} to warn a user of BLP violations on articles subject to BLP Special Enforcement.
• The template is intended to satisfy the counseling requirements of the Special Enforcement ruling, and includes links to relevant policies of which a new user may be unaware.
• The template also includes a warning that further edits in violation of the policy will result in blocking. In the case of particularly egregious or blatant violations, this template may serve as a final warning in advance of a block.
• This template should always be Substituted.
• This template may be followed by साँचा:tl, which is very clearly a final warning. It also discusses additional possible sanctions, such as topic bans and revert restrictions.
