मेलणमई पोन्नुसामी तमिल भाषा के विख्यात साहित्यकार हैं। इनके द्वारा रचित एक कहानी–संग्रह मिन्सारप्पू के लिये उन्हें सन् 2008 में साहित्य अकादमी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।[१]
