जीवन्त यूएसबी निर्माण के सॉफ़्टवेयर
यहाँ उन सॉफ्टवेयर-साधनों की सूची दी गयी है निनकी सहायता से जीवन्त यूएसबी (Live USB) का निर्मान किया जाता है।
बहुचालन (Multiboot) का अर्थ है कि उस औजार की सहायता से एक ही यूएसबी के ऊपर एक से अधिक प्रचालन तंत्र स्थापित किये जा सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही यूएसबी पर एक 'बूटलोदर' भी बना दिया जाता है जो बूट करते समय प्रयोक्ता के सामने यह विकल्प उपस्थित करता है कि वह उन अनेकों प्रचालन तन्त्रों में से किसी एक का चुनाव कर सके।
