गमेलन के राग होते हैं। इसकी भारतीय शास्त्रीय संगीत से कुछ समानता है। वाद्य में भी समरूपता है। पर इस संगीत में घण्टे की अधिक भूमिका है।

समस्वरण (tuning) की प्रणाली भी शास्त्रीञ संगीत परम्परा से मिलती है।
