समूह ८ तत्व (Group 8 element) आवर्त सारणी (पीरियोडिक टेबल) के रासायनिक तत्वों का एक समूह है। इस समूह में लोहा (Fe), रुथेनियम (Ru), ओस्मियम (Os) और हैसियम (Hs) तत्व शामिल हैं। यह सभी संक्रमण धातु हैं। पहले तीन तो प्रकृति में मिलते हैं लेकिन हैसियम प्रयोगशाला में बनाया गया एक कृत्रिम तत्व है[१][२]
