रूसी सोवियत संघात्मक समाजवादी गणराज्य ('Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic' या 'Russian SFSR' या 'RSFSR'; साँचा:lang-rus साँचा:audio) जिसको 'सोवियत रूस' या केवल 'रूस' कहते हैं, [३] १९१७ से १९२२ तक एक संप्रभु राज्य था जो १९१७ से १९९१ तक सोवियत संघ का सबसे बड़ा, सबसे अधिक जनसंख्या वाला और आर्थिक रूप से सबसे उन्नत देश था।
