मध्य अण्डमान द्वीप भारत के अण्डमान व निकोबार द्वीपसमूह के अण्डमान द्वीपसमूह भाग के बृहत अण्डमान उपभाग का एक द्वीप है। द्वीप पर अण्डमान क्रियोल हिन्दी बोली जाती है और स्थानीय आबादी बंगाल, केरल व तमिल नाडु के मूल के लोग हैं। जारवा समुदाय के लोग भी इसी द्वीप पर केन्द्रित हैं। रंगत द्वीप का सबसे बड़ा नगर है।[१]
