जगबंधु विद्याधर महापात्र भ्रमरबर राय, जिन्हें "बक्सि जगबंधु" या "पाइकली खंडायत बक्सि" के नाम से जाना जाता है, खोर्धा के राजा की सेना के सेनापति (बक्सी) थे। वह भारत के शुरुआती स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों में से एक हैं। 1817 में महान पाइक विद्रोह उनके नेतृत्व में थे। भुवनेश्वर में बीजेबी कॉलेज का नाम इस महान व्यक्तित्व के नाम पर रखा गया है।
