पक्के-केसांग ज़िला (East Kameng district) भारत के अरुणाचल प्रदेश राज्य का एक ज़िला है। ज़िले का मुख्यालय लेम्मी शहर है।[१] इस ज़िले का गठन सन् २०१८ में पूर्व कमेंग ज़िलेके विभाजन से हुआ था।[२]
