तुकपा भाषा (Tukpa language), जिसे नेसांग भाषा (Nesang language) भी कहा जाता है, भारत के हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य की लाहौल और स्पीति ज़िले में बोली जाने वाली एक तिब्बताई भाषा है। यह लाहौली-स्पीति भाषाओं के समूह की सदस्य है जो सभी मानक तिब्बती भाषा के समीप हैं।[१]
