गतिशीलता (motility) जीवविज्ञान में ऊर्जा का प्रयोग करके स्वयं को जगह-से-जगह हिला पाने की क्षमता को गतिशीलता कहते हैं। ज़्यादातर जानवर गतिशील होते हैं हालांकि यह शब्द एककोशिकीय और सरल बहुकोशिकीय जीवों के लिए भी प्रयोग होता है। कभी-कभी इस शब्द को शरीर के अन्दर खाना और अन्य चीज़ों को स्थान-से-स्थान हिला पाने की क्षमता के लिए भी इस्तेमाल करते हैं।[१]
