केइ द्वीपसमूह (अंग्रेज़ी: Kai Islands, इण्डोनेशियाई: Kepulauan Kei) इण्डोनेशिया के मालुकू द्वीपसमूह के दक्षिणपूर्वी भाग में स्थित एक द्वीपसमूह है। प्रशासनिक रूप से यह इण्डोनेशिया के मालुकू प्रान्त में शामिल हैं। यह समूह सात ज़िलों में बंटा हुआ है।[१]
