अनुषा धाँडेकर (जन्म: 1 जनवरी, 1982) हिन्दी फ़िल्मों की एक अभिनेत्री हैं। है इन्होने 2006 में आई फिल्म विरुद्व के लिए इनको सर्वश्रेष्ठ डेब्यू अभिनेता का अवार्ड प्राप्त हुआ । इन्होने बालीवुड, मराठी और तमिल फिल्मो में भी काम किया है।[३]
