साँचा:Wikipedia parent category

This category a self-reference and is used for administration of the Wikipedia project. It is not part of the encyclopedia. It contains pages which are not articles, or lists articles by status, rather than content.
Due to the scope of this category, it should contain only subcategories and possibly a limited number of directly-related pages.

Usage

Tag Wikipedian parent categories with साँचा:tl to inform editors that they should remain relatively empty.

This template is intended to be used at the top of categories that are needed for maintenance or administrative purposes, but are not part of the encyclopedia itself, for example Category:Wikipedia administration.
